In a plastic injection plant there are today more than 100 MARSE temperature control units in operation. It is not the result of a large one-time order, but of more than ten years of collaboration with the same client: a relationship that began with a first team and that today provides service to more than a hundred molds, each one with its own thermoregulator.

From a first temperature control unit to more than 100 units
A figure like this is earned unit by unit. First, a temperature control unit that delivers as promised. Then, a second that confirms it. And, over the years, a plant that decides to standardize the temperature control of its molds with MARSE because the equipment continues to perform and the technical service responds when necessary.
In the plant, each thermoregulator is numbered. In the images you can see units ranging from 1 to 101, distributed among the different injectors.

Standardizing with a single temperature control unit manufacturer also has practical advantages in an injection plant: the staff always works with the same equipment, spare parts are common and maintenance is planned the same on all machines.
Why the thermal stability of the mold is key in injection
The temperature of the mold directly influences the quality of the injected part. When the thermoregulator keeps it stable:
- The cycle is repeatable: There is no need to extend the cooling time to compensate for variations.
- Parts come out within tolerance: Irregular contractions, warping and dimensional variations are reduced.
- The surface finish is constant: The gloss, flow marks and sinkholes depend largely on the temperature of the cavity.
- There are fewer rejections: fewer out-of-spec parts and less wasted material.
In a single machine, a small temperature deviation may go unnoticed. Multiplied by more than 100 molds working each day, the difference between a precise temperature control unit and one that drifts over time is noticeable in the productivity of the entire plant.

Ten years: the real test of a temperature control unit
What defines an industrial temperature control unit is not how it works on the first day, but how precisely it maintains the setpoint in the eighth year: thousands of cycles later, in a hot warehouse and shift after shift. Pump, resistors, sensors and control work continuously, and only time shows if the equipment is designed for that rhythm.
That is why we value this type of relationship so much: they are the best proof of reliability that a manufacturer can offer. Equipment and service: the two halves of trust
A park of more than 100 temperature control units is not sustained by good equipment alone. Behind it there is constant work, both in the client's plant and in our technical service team, so that production does not stop.

We are proud of relationships like this. Not because of the figure itself, but because of what a decade of trust says about the work behind it. Thank you for these more than 10 years. And for the next 10.
MARSE temperature control units and thermoregulators for injection molds
We manufacture industrial temperature control units of water with open tank, of pressurised water and oil, designed for continuous work in the plant.
